How does overage billing work?
Each plan includes a set amount of bandwidth and storage. If you exceed your included quota, overages are billed at $0.19/GB for bandwidth and $0.09/GB for storage. You'll receive email alerts at 50%, 80%, and 90% of your limit — no surprises. Overages are billed at the end of each cycle, and you can upgrade your plan anytime to increase your included quota.
How are updates and security patches applied?
Automatically. Magento core updates and security patches are applied by our team with zero-downtime deployments. Your store stays current and protected without any action on your part.
What backups are included?
Daily automated backups with point-in-time recovery. Database and media are backed up to S3 with configurable retention (7-90 days depending on your plan).
How is my store secured?
Enterprise-grade security including encryption at rest and in transit, WAF, DDoS protection, malware scanning, and network isolation. All running on AWS with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 infrastructure.
Can I migrate my existing Magento store?
